|Details||On Sunday, 07.05.2015, at 9:20 A.M, Harris County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a Family Disturbance / Welfare Check at 2222 Mooney. The defendant, Noe Gonzalez contacted his sister and told her that their brother did not come home Saturday night and was missing. Noe and his brother live at the house on Mooney with their parents. The parents were out of town. The sister thought something was alarmed and drove to the residence. Noe Gonzalez was very belligerent towards his sister and would not allow her inside the residence. The sister became concerned for the welfare of her other brother and call 911. When Deputies arrived on the scene, Noe Gonzalez stated that he screwed up and needed an attorney. Noe Gonzalez refused to provide Deputies with any other information. Concerned for the welfare of the missing brother, Deputies conducted a welfare check inside the residence and located an unknown Hispanic Male beaten to death inside the residence. The Hispanic male victim is not believed to be a member of the Gonzalez family and his identity is presently unknown. The missing brother was located and is alright. Noe Gonzalez continued to be uncooperative and would not speak with investigators. Noe Gonzalez was arrested for murder.
Charge: Murder Court: 262nd D.C. Cause # 1474085 Bond: $50,000
On 07.07.2015, the complainant was positively identified by fingerprints as Roberto Canales W/M 57 years old. Mr. Canales’ vehicle was recovered a short distance from the scene on Mooney RD.
