Two Kingwood teenagers were arrested on murder charges Friday for the shooting death of an 18-year-old man in Kingwood last week. One other suspect was charged with robbery in connection to the case.
Isaiah Deshaun Parker, 19, of Kingwood, is charged with the murder of Tristan Maddux. Police found Parker hiding in The Colony in the Dallas area March 8. One other teen, a juvenile, was also charged with murder in the case while the third accomplice, 174-year-old Jorge Alberto-Medrano Ramirez, of Porter, was charged with aggravated robbery.
The victim, Tristan Maddux, of the Hunter’s Ridge neighborhood in Kingwood, was found shot to death Sunday in a ditch in Summer Hills off Sorters Road. His mother reported him as missing to the Houston Police Department the day before the grizzly discovery.
The Montygomery County Sheriff’s Office said that at around 9:50 a.m. Sunday they received a call about a man’s body in a drainage ditch on Hill Road in Porter.
When authorities arrived, they discovered that the 18-year-old had apparently been shot, then left in the ditch.
