Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 10100 East Freeway (East Interstate Highway 10) about 10:55 a.m. today (May 11).The identity of the deceased female, 25, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant L. Ross and Officer M. Tamez reported:The female was driving a white Box truck, entering the freeway ramp at the above address, when she changed lanes when unsafe. Her vehicle struck a tractor-trailer traveling in the westbound lanes, and then struck a concrete pillar and guardrail. Paramedics pronounced the female deceased at the scene.
