Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 12900 East Freeway (East Interstate Highway 10) service road about 4:55 p.m. last Friday (May 20).
The identity of the male victim, 45, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant G. Lopez and Officer F. Serna reported:
The victim was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound on the service road near the above address when he failed to stay in a single lane and crashed. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
No other vehicles or persons were involved in the crash.
The investigation is continuing.
