WHAT: Strip Center Fire.

INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: More than $3,000,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $450,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within two minutes to find smoke coming from a strip center and began an offensive attack. Crews forced entry through several doors to make an attack on the fire and access the attic space. The building was ventilated, and a primary and secondary search were clear with no one found. Rehab was requested and crews rotated until the fire was controlled and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. Firefighters from Stations 8, 7, 25, 6, 16, 9, 17, 18, 19, 46, 2, 15, 33, 3, 30, Rescue 42 and Rehab 8 responded to this incident.
