House Fire in The Kingwood Area

WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: April 5, 2025, at 6:44 p.m.
WHERE: 2900 block of Crystal Falls Dr. 77345.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $430,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $30,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene with smoke coming from the roof of a 2-story house and made an offensive attack. They conducted a primary search and ventilated the roof. The fire was controlled and was found to originate from a wall between two joists with a wiring running between them. The fire traveled up the void space into the wall and attic. 42 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 30, 15, 64, 102, 65, 101, 103, Rescue 84 and The Atascocita Fire Department.
