On Friday, May 22,2015, at approximately 1440 Hrs., Deputies responded to male found shot to death inside the residence located at 19918 Upland Creek Drive. Homicide investigators arrived at the scene shortly thereafter and learned that Devonte Hardison (21 years of age) was asked to check on the residence after his mother received information that the alarm was set off. It appears that Hardison walked in on a burglary in progress when he was killed. Investigators have no suspect information at this time.
