Details:	On May 8, 2015, units with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a two vehicle major crash with a person ejected from the vehicle. The complainant was seated in the back right seat of a vehicle and was ejected from the vehicle. The complainant was then transported by Life Flight medical helicopter in critical condition. The complainant died on June 6, 2015 a The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. As a result of the complainant passing away outside of Harris County, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Enforcement Division did not learn of the death until July 20, 2015. The case remains under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Enforcement Division.
