Houston police are investigating the shooting of a woman at 2301 Lazy Hollow Drive about 5 p.m. on Sunday (December 5). The victim, Tyshea Buckner, 23, was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detective K. Kelly reported: Ms. Buckner went to an apartment at the above address and got into an argument with the known male suspect. As she walked away, Buckner believed she was shot in the left wrist by the male. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the woman to the hospital where she was treated and released.No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
