On Saturday, December 21, 2024, at approximately 4:40 PM, Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting at the Haverstock Hills Apartments, located at 5609 Aldine Bender Rd, in northeast Harris County. When Deputies arrived on scene, they located the victim, Larry Duncan, black male, 36 years of age, unresponsive in the courtyard. Duncan was pronounced dead at the scene and appeared to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide and Crime Scene Units responded to the scene to conduct the follow-up investigation.
