Warehouse Fire in The Near Northside Area

WHAT: Warehouse fire.
WHEN: May 16, 2025, at 8:30 p.m.
WHERE: 2023 Semmes, 77026.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find heavy fire and smoke coming from a medium sized warehouse. They declared a defensive attack and rehab was established for the crews. The Houston Police Department responded for traffic control and CenterPoint was notified. The fire was controlled within about two hours and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 52 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 12, 15, 6, 8, 19, 7, 9, 17, 27, 39, 30, Heavy Rescue 11 and Rehab 42.
