HOUSTON, TX- The Harris County Sheriff’s Office, alongside the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office, Houston Police Department, and Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, led a proactive undercover operation between October 14 and October 16, 2025, targeting the online solicitation of minors. The three-day initiative resulted in the arrest of four individuals.
The operation focused on identifying and apprehending suspects who attempt to exploit children using the internet. Undercover officers posed as minors online, engaging with individuals who believed they were communicating with underage children. When the suspects attempted to meet with the minors for the purpose of sexual activity, they were arrested. Each suspect has been charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor, a felony.

“These cases highlight the importance of proactive enforcement to protect our most vulnerable residents — our children,” said Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. “We are grateful for the teamwork of our law enforcement partners who made this operation a success.”
The investigations remain ongoing, and additional charges may be filed.
