Warehouse Fire in The El Dorado / Oates Prairie Area

WHAT: Warehouse fire.
WHEN: May 2, 2025, at 10:49 p.m.
WHERE: 9838 Beaumont Hwy, 77013.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: Not available.
DAMAGE: $600,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find a warehouse on fire and made a defensive attack. CenterPoint responded to the scene to cut power to the building. The fire was tapped out at about 2:20 p.m. and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 62 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 23, 19, 45, 27, 32, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 30, Hazmat 22, Rescue 42 and Rehab 42.
