Townhome Fire in The Brays Oaks Area

WHAT: Townhome fire.
WHEN: January 19, 2025, at 10:35 p.m.
WHERE: 12200 block of Bob White Dr. 77035.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $120,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $30,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional (electrical).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find a townhouse on fire and made an offensive attack. They controlled and extinguished a fire in the attic. A primary search was completed with everyone safely outside. The heating unit appeared to have been the source of the fire. 46 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 68, 82, 59, 48, 80, 21, Heavy Rescue 11 and Rescue 10.
