Surveillance Photos of Suspect Vehicle in Fatal Shooting at 1100 North State Highway 6
Houston police have released surveillance photos of a suspect vehicle wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of a man at 1100 North State Highway 6 about 9:45 a.m. today (April 13).
The vehicle is described as a white Volkswagen hatchback. Two surveillance photos of the vehicle are attached to this news release.
The suspects are described only as two Hispanic males, possibly in their 20s.
The identity of the victim, 39, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Lopez and Detective N. Sharp reported:
Officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found an adult male lying in the roadway, just outside of his vehicle. The man appeared to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Witnesses stated there was a verbal altercation between the victim and the suspects moments before the shooting, which stemmed from a road rage incident. The suspects fled in the Volkswagen hatchback westbound on Park Row Boulevard.
