Person of Interest Sought in Fatal Shooting at 815 Autumnwood Drive

Houston police are asking for the public’s help in locating a person of interest wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a man at 815 Autumnwood Drive about 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday (April 30).
The person of interest is identified as Frank Alberto Suarez Valdes, 39. A photo of Suarez Valdes is attached to this news release.
The identity of the victim, 29, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Robles and D. Toledo reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found an unresponsive male in the street. He had suffered a gunshot wound, and paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Further investigation identified Suarez Valdes as a person of interest wanted for questioning.  He is believed to be driving a black Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing Texas license plates #VJY6439. Detectives would like to speak with him about the incident.
