Investigation into Male’s Death at 13700 Ludgate Pass

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 13700 Ludgate Pass about 5:50 p.m. on Friday (May 9).
The identity of the deceased male is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Glover and E. Wohlgemuth reported:
The male was involved in a crash at the above address and exited the vehicle and began behaving erratically. An off-duty Harris County Detention Officer witnessed the crash and attempted to provide aid to the male. HPD officers then arrived on scene and attempted to provide aid to the male who continued to act erratically, possibly from a medical episode.
Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived on scene and transported the male to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
The investigation is pending the male’s cause of death, to be determined by an autopsy.
