Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7400 North Main Street 

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in the 7400 block of North Main Street about 9:05 p.m. on Saturday (August 16).
The identity of the deceased male, 23, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives K. Hale and M. Cater reported:
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at the above address and found an unresponsive male with a gunshot wound. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s) description.
