UPDATE: Suspect Arrested, Charged in July Fatal Shooting at 12615 Brookglade Circle

Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 12615 Brookglade Circle about 8:45 p.m. on July 17.
The suspect, Quinntin Michael Senegal, 38, is charged with murder in the 496th Criminal District Court.  A booking photo of Senegal, who is in custody in the St. Martin Parish Jail in Louisiana, is not available at this time.
The victim is identified as Kevin Moore, 45.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Stroble and Detective K. Collier reported:
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment complex at the above address and found the victim lying in the common area suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  He was transported to an area hospital by responding Houston Fire Department paramedics where he was pronounced deceased.
Witnesses stated they heard multiple gunshots in the area immediately prior to finding the victim, later identified as Mr. Moore.
Further investigation identified Senegal as the suspect in this incident.  He was charged on August 19 and was arrested on September 5 in St. Martinville, Louisiana.  He’s awaiting extradition to Harris County.
