UPDATE: Suspects Arrested, Charged in 2017 Fatal Shooting at 6610 Antoine Drive

Charges have been filed against two suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 6610 Antoine Drive about 11:55 p.m. on January 14, 2017.
The suspects, Antonio Diecarlo Hughes, 26, and Jason Wells, 26, are charged with manslaughter in the 337th Criminal District Court. Booking photos of Hughes and Wells are attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Jeremiah Tillis, 19.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant S. Jimenez and Detective C. Bowling reported:
Mr. Tillis was driving through a business center parking lot at the above address when an unknown suspect(s) began firing weapons. Tillis was struck, lost control of his vehicle, and struck a sign post in the parking lot.
Further investigation, in collaboration with Spring ISD Police Department, identified Hughes and Wells as suspects in this incident. They were subsequently charged on September 15.
Wells is currently in the custody of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) on unrelated charges. Officers arrested Hughes on September 18 and he was booked into the Harris County jail.
