Investigation into Fatal Crash at 9100 South Freeway

Houston police are investigating a fatal crash in the 9100 block of South Freeway (State Highway 288) about 12:35 a.m. on Sunday (November 2).
The identity of the deceased female, 42, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant M. Barrow and Officer C. Ballard reported:
A gray Ford Expedition was traveling southbound at the above address when the vehicle went off the roadway and rolled over. The female driver was ejected from the vehicle. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported her to an area hospital where doctors pronounced her deceased.
The investigation is ongoing.
