UPDATE: Surveillance Video Released in Fatal Shooting at Fatal Shooting 6400 Briar Terrace Drive

Houston police have released surveillance video of a vehicle of interest in the fatal shooting of a man found in the 6400 block of Briar Terrace Drive about 9:20 p.m. on October 25.
The vehicle is described only as a white pickup truck. Surveillance video of the vehicle is attached to this news release. Also shown in the video are several persons, believed to be at least four males, who may have information about the incident.
The victim is identified as Alan Tavera, 18.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Holbrook and C. Lafour and Detective E. Camacho reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a crash at the above address after a red Nissan Titan struck a parked vehicle in a driveway. Houston Fire Department responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. Officers discovered he had suffered at least one gunshot wound.
Further investigation identified a vehicle of interest as a white pickup truck.
