Surveillance Photos of Suspect Wanted in May Fatal Shooting at 9560 Deering Drive

Houston police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of man at 9560 Deering Drive about 4:15 p.m. on May 5.
The suspect is described as an Hispanic male in his late 20s, known as Mario. Investigators believe the suspect may be homeless and frequents the Hillcroft Avenue area.
The victim is identified as George Beasley, 60.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives L. Patterson and N. Henderson reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and found a male, later identified as Mr. Beasley, with a gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to an area hospital where doctors pronounced him deceased on May 6.
Further investigation identified the suspect as a male known only as Mario.
