Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting 8650 North Houston Rosslyn Road 

Houston police have arrested a suspect charged in the fatal shooting of a man at 8650 North Houston Rosslyn Road about 11:55 p.m. on Friday (February 13).
The suspect, Adan Garcia, 21, is charged with capital murder in the 486th Criminal District Court. A booking photo of Garcia is attached to the news release.
The identity of the deceased male, 44, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Nicotra and H. Martinez reported:
Officers responded to a robbery call at the above address and located a male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Officers learned the victim’s vehicle was missing from the location. Patrol officers located the vehicle in the area and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Adan Garcia, was detained.
After further investigation, detectives consulted the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and the suspect was charged, arrested and booked into the Harris County jail.
