HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at a gas station at the above address and found an unresponsive male with gunshot wounds lying outside the store.  Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased.
A preliminary investigation and evidence from the scene determined the victim and the suspect spoke to each other for a few minutes outside the store.  Both men got into an argument during which the suspect shot the victim multiple times.
