Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 8217 Fulton Street

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8217 Fulton Street about 8 p.m. on Saturday (June 14).
The victim is identified as Julius Escobar, 19.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives N. Henderson and L. Patterson reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and found a male with a gunshot wound in the parking lot. Officers immediately rendered aid. Paramedics arrived and pronounced the male, later identified as Mr. Escobar, deceased.
Investigators learned the unknown suspect fled the scene in a white, 4-door sedan.
