UPDATE: Suspect Arrested and Charged in Fatal Shooting at 5015 Westheimer Road

Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 5015 Westheimer Road about 5 p.m. on June 3.
The suspect, Marko Cinan, 23, is charged with murder in the 248th State District Court.  A booking photo of Cinan is attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Anthony Sanders, 30.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Dunn and Detective L. Brooks reported:
Officers responded to a report of a shooting in a parking garage at the above address.  They located a male who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.  Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim, later identified as Mr. Sanders, to Ben Taub General Hospital where doctors later pronounced him deceased.
Officers also observed a black Chrysler 300 with shattered windows from apparent gunfire flee the area.  The vehicle was located nearby and three males were detained, questioned and released.
Further investigation identified Cinan as a suspect in this incident and he was subsequently charged. On Wednesday (June 25), officers with HPD’s Narcotics Tactical Team arrested the suspect and booked him into the Harris County Jail.
The investigation is continuing.
