Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 3804 Mount Pleasant Street

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman and wounding of a man at 3804 Mount Pleasant Street about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday (Aug. 16).
The female victim is identified as Angela Perry, 51.
The male victim, 67, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Gardner and Detective M. Providence reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a residence at the above address and found an unresponsive female in the living room. She had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Officers located a male in a bedroom. He had also suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the female deceased at the scene. The male was transported to an hospital.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s) description.
