Update: Suspect Charged, Wanted in Fatal Shooting at 3107 Blalock Road 

Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted for the fatal shooting of a man at 3107 Blalock Road about 4 p.m. on Nov. 7.
Edwin Leonel Caal Gill, 41, is charged with murder in the 185th Criminal District Court. A previous booking photo of Caal Gill, who is not in custody, is attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Gerardo Villalobos Salgado, 50.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives H. Martinez and L. Brooks reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and located a male with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Further investigation identified the suspect as Call Gill and, on Thursday (Nov. 13) he was charged for his role in the fatal shooting and remains at-large.
