Investigation into Fatal Crash at 10600 McGallion Road

Houston police are investigating a fatal hit and run crash that occurred in the 10600 block of McGallion Road about 7 p.m. on Monday (November 17).
The identity of the deceased male, 54, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant V. Vo and Officer T. Pham reported:
A cyclist was traveling southbound at the above address when they were involved in a crash with an unknown vehicle. The unidentified driver did not stop to render aid and fled the scene. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the cyclist to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The investigation is ongoing.
