UPDATE: Surveillance Photos of Person of Interest in Fatal Stabbing at 600 Hahlo Street
Houston police have released surveillance photos of a person of interest in the fatal stabbing of a female that occured in the 600 block of Hahlo Street about 11:05 p.m. on December 8.
The person of interest is described as a Hispanic male between five feet four inches and five feet seven inches tall. Surveillance photos of the male are attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Ambrosia Swain, 28.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants C. Lafour and R. Olive and Detectives R. Waterwall and T. Tyler reported:
HPD patrol officers responded a stabbing incident near the intersection of Hahlo Street and Lyons Avenue and found a female with more than one stab wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported her to Ben Taub hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
Witnesses told officers an unknown Hispanic male fled the scene on foot. He was wearing all black.
Further investigation identified a male as a person of interest and was seen with the victim prior to her death.
