Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 12805 Cullen Boulevard 

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 12805 Cullen Boulevard about 8:50 p.m. on Monday (January 19).
The identity of the deceased male, 21, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Dunn and Detective L. Brooks reported:
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at the above address and found a male suffering from a gunshot wound. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
After speaking with witnesses, detectives learned the male was leaving the business and had a gun under his arm when they heard a gunshot and saw the victim had been struck, possibly with his gun.
The investigation is pending autopsy results by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
