Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 4637 Dagg Road

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a juvenile female at 4637 Dagg Road about 12:30 a.m. Saturday (Feb. 14).
The identity of the deceased female is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Althaus and L. Lovelace reported:
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence at the above address where a large party was being held with approximately 300 people in attendance. As officers arrived, they heard gunshots and people began fleeing the location.
Later, after the party had dispersed, a juvenile female was brought to an area hospital by a private vehicle. The female was later pronounced dead. The friend that brought her to the hospital stated the shooting had occurred while they were at the party on Dagg Road.
