Investigation into Deceased Male Found at 2100 Preston Street

Houston police are investigating the death of a male found at 2100 Preston Street 9:05 a.m.on Monday (February 23).
The identity of the male, 45, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detective J. Jorsch reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to an unresponsive male found on the sidewalk at the above address. The male was bleeding from the head and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Preliminary investigation determined the male suffered blunt force injuries to his head. At this time, there is no known suspect (s) information.
