Investigations into Fatal Shooting at 12400 Woodforest Boulevard
Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found in the 12400 block of Woodforest Boulevard about 9:35 p.m. on Thursday (March 26).
The identity of the victim is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Arrington and L. Kauffman and Detectives M. Castillo and M. Cater reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a crash at the above address and located a blue Hyundai Elantra crashed into a guardrail on the side of the road. Officers found a male with multiple gunshot wounds inside the vehicle. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
Investigators learned the vehicle was traveling westbound at the above address prior to the crash.
At this time, there is no known suspect(s) or motive.
