Investigation into Fatal Crash at 7800 Westview Drive

Houston police are investigating the fatal crash in the 7800 block of Westview Drive anout 4 p.m. on April 21.
The identity of the deceased male, 79, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant V. Vo and Officer S. Serna reported:
A gray BMW 530i was eastbound at the above address when the vehicle struck another vehicle from behind, resulting in a crash involving 3 other vehicles. It is believed the driver of the BMW suffered a medical episode. He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
No other serious injuries was reported. The investigation is ongoing.
