Investigation into Female’s Death at 4206 Quitman Street 

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found at 4206 Quitman Street about 11:10 a.m. on May 8.
The victim is identified as Vailua Leigh, 66.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives H. Martinez and S. Chettry reported:
Officers responded to a welfare check at the above address and located an unresponsive female in the living room. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced her deceased.
An autopsy will determine the female’s cause of death and the investigation remains ongoing.
