Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 4600 Aledo Street

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 4600 Aledo Street about 6:20 a.m. today (June 25).
The identity of the deceased male, 38, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant S. Jimenez and Detective C. Bowling reported:
Officers responded to a report of a person down at the above address and found an unresponsive male suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Paramedics pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s) description.
