Investigation into Man’s Death at 2200 South Sgt. Macario Garcia

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 2200 South Sgt. Macario Garcia about 9:35 a.m. today (April 30).
The identity of the deceased male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Nicotra and K. Clark reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a deceased male in a body of water at the above address. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
The investigation is pending the male’s cause of death, to be determined by an autopsy.
