Investigation into Woman’s Death at 2700 Woodland Park Drive

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a woman found at 2700 Woodland Park Drive about 8:10 p.m. on June 12.
The identity and cause of death of the woman, 34, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Ponder and Detective R. Reyes reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to an apartment complex at the above address and found an unresponsive woman. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced her deceased at the scene.
The investigation is pending the woman’s cause of death, to be determined by an autopsy.
