Investigation into Deceased Male at 10201 Harwin Drive

An investigation into a deceased male found at 10201 Harwin Drive about 10 a.m. on Monday (August 31) is pending autopsy results by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
The identity and cause of death of the male is also pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Barr, S. Sylvester, K. Winningham, and M. Castillo reported:
Officers responded to a report of a deceased male inside an apartment at the above address. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
A male stated he had been away from his apartment for several days and when he returned home he found the male (his roommate) deceased inside a closet under the stairs.
The investigation is pending cause of death by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
