Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 13310 Cullen Boulevard
Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one male and the wounding of four others that occurred at 13310 Cullen Boulevard about 3:30 a.m. on Sunday (August 16).
The identity of the deceased male, 26, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Vinogradov and M. Castillo reported:
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at a club in a business strip center at the above address and upon arrival heard gunshots being discharged. Officers also witnessed a large crowd leaving the parking lot. They then located one male with multiple gunshot wounds. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Two other males, 36 and 28, also suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to area hospitals in stable condition. A fourth male, 26, was transported to an area hospital by private vehicle where he is in stable condition. A fifth male, 28, was physically assaulted and also transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
Witnesses stated they saw an unknown male shooting into a crowd outside the business and then fleeing in a white SUV.
