UPDATE: Suspects Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 13310 Cullen Boulevard

Charges have been filed against two suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of one male and the wounding of four others at 13310 Cullen Boulevard about 3:30 a.m. on August 16.
The suspects, Travion Joyce, 31, and Dasmin Young, 36, are charged with felon in possession of a weapon in the 178th and 209th Criminal District Courts, respectively. Booking photos of both suspects are attached to this news release.
The deceased victim is identified as David Hurd, 26.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Vinogradov and M. Castillo reported:
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at a club in a business strip center at the above address and upon arrival heard gunshots being discharged. Officers also witnessed a large crowd leaving the parking lot. They then located one male with multiple gunshot wounds. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. He was later identified as Mr. David Hurd.
Two other males, 36 and 28, also suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to area hospitals in stable condition. A fourth male, 26, was transported to an area hospital by private vehicle where he is in stable condition. A fifth male, 28, was physically assaulted and also transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
Witnesses stated they saw an unknown male shooting into a crowd outside the business and then fleeing in a white SUV.
Further investigation identified Travion Joyce and Dasmin Young as suspects in this incident. Young was one of the males injured. On August 26, HPD Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) officers arrested both suspects.
The investigation is ongoing.
