Investigation into Fatal Crash at 7900 Corporate Drive 

Houston police are investigating the fatal auto-pedestrian crash that occurred at 7900 Corporate Drive about 11:10 p.m. on Tuesday (September 2)
The identity of the deceased male is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Griffiths and Officer C. Moralez reported:
A maroon Ford F250 was traveling eastbound in the 9600 block of Beechnut Street. The driver was turning left to drive northbound at the above address when the driver struck a pedestrian in a moving lane of traffic.
Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Ford remained at the scene, did not show signs of intoxication, and was questioned and released.
The investigation is ongoing.
